Meter Data Tracking

There is virtually nothing that cannot be tracked or metered. Never before has it been possible to know, identify, allocate, recoup and enhance through the use of metering. This is where we can help you take control and to use this knowledge to avoid cost and to understand you operations, the good and the bad. Meter data tracking is becoming more important as facility managers discover big data possibilities for utility savings. UtilityCap provides several ways to use your interval data.

Interval (Time-Series) Data

EnergyCAP provides a process to import and analyse meter interval data for detailed utility consumption analysis. You can track electronic (“smart”) meter interval data (usually 15, 30 or 60-minute intervals), other electric meter channels (KVAR, power factor, current, voltage, etc.), and any time-series data, including volume, occupancy, or weather conditions.

In addition, EnergyCAP provides options for charting, auditing, aggregating, and analyzing the data. You can also associate production with utility use to calculate utility used per hotel room visit, or per manufactured widget. EnergyCAP has a flexible import wizard that enables you to import delimited files from any metering system.
